Couple Enjoys a Luxurious Getaway

We stayed in a lovely room with a amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast buffet was insane, just an endless spread of delicious food that really kicked off our days in the best way.

The check-in process takes too long!!! The pool is completely in the shade all day!!! The shuttle bus schedule needs better communication to avoid missed trips!!! The restaurant options have become fewer since last year!!!

Staying here with my family and our three dogs was incredible. The spacious rooms were a great fit for us. The location was also perfect for visiting the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making our trip memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, they should consider kid-friendly food options. It was tough finding something for our kids to eat during dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the views are spectacular. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, but the coffee at breakfast was less than impressive and access to the balcony was restricted.

However, there was no minibar in the room, only a fridge, and while the bed was comfortable, it would have been nice to have additional amenities. I recently stayed at First Collection Business Bay and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, right by the Burj Khalifa, which made exploring easy. The pool area offered amazing views, perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. However, I encountered several issues that stood out. The staff's friendliness was hit or miss. some were very welcoming, while others seemed indifferent. Breakfast was a letdown with limited options and not the best quality. Elevators were another problem. at times, I encountered long waits. One positive point was the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it convenient.

Had a great stay for 8 nights. The deluxe room was spacious and clean, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. The pool area was nice but not enough sun. Amazing buffet breakfast and friendly staff made everything better. The spa was fantastic too!
