Brilliant base for exploring Dubai. Really nice stay in a wonderful hotel. Fashionable and big rooms with balcony and accommodating staff. Modern decoration in the rooms, particularly good location. Friendly service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Thank you for a brilliant stay. Everything is perfectly fine, enjoyed my time here. It offers peaceful, convenient location. There's cool Nurai Cafe and Restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Couple Enjoys a Luxurious Getaway

We stayed in a lovely room with a amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast buffet was insane, just an endless spread of delicious food that really kicked off our days in the best way.

The room was high quality, with smoke detectors and outstanding views.

enjoyed our stay, had nice 3 days overall. our deluxe room was equipped with view on the burj khalifa, a bathtub, creat furniture. the service was very good and the pool was lovely.

The check-in process takes too long!!! The pool is completely in the shade all day!!! The shuttle bus schedule needs better communication to avoid missed trips!!! The restaurant options have become fewer since last year!!!

Staying here with my family and our three dogs was very nice. The spacious rooms were a great fit for us. The location was also perfect for visiting the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

In my wife's opinion, they should consider kid-friendly food options. It was tough finding something for our kids to eat during dinner at the hotel restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing breakfast buffet with fresh omelets and crepes that were out of this world! The pool area was a treat too, offering fine views and a relaxing vibe.

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the views are lovely. The staff are welcoming and helpful, but the coffee at breakfast was less than impressive and access to the balcony was restricted.

There was no minibar in the room, only a fridge, and while the bed was comfortable, it would have been nice to have additional amenities.
